Single-walled protective pipes (cable protection sleeves) are intended, primarily, for mechanical protection of optical and coaxial cables laid in trenches and channels (building/ reconstruction of transmission lines). Mechanical properties of HDPE protective sleeves and low friction coefficient of the inner wall (mk = 0,047) allow for trouble-free cable installation at long distances (on ideal conditions, up to 3000 m). Cable introduction into the pipe viadrawing or blowing-in technology.
